At Octagon, Glenn’s main technology related client responsibilities have included: European lead for the MasterCard’s Global Sports and Entertainment Account where he has led the development of MasterCard’s global sports and entertainment strategy (including digital) and activation in Europe which includes properties across the Uefa Champions League, Rugby World Cup, and various properties in golf (eg. Ryder Cup) and music, entertainment. Development of LOCOG’s Network and Infrastructure Technology Partner, Cisco’s strategy and activation program. Supporting the development of Samsung’s award winning Bebo Nights digital and social networking partnership. Supporting the management of Siemens Technology’s global sponsorship program out of their global HQ in Munich
Glenn brings a unique background to Octagon having been previously a Brand and Sports Marketing Manager for Nike, a Strategy Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton (now Booz and Co.), a Digital Marketer at Red Bee Media (formerly BBC Broadcast), one of the world’s leading digital media and technology companies and the co-founder one of Australia’s leading brand and sports marketing agencies, Crowe Lovett (now Gemba Group).
Glenn is also a former professional Australian Rules (AFL) Footballer.
