ArkSports Databox: iTV revenues and the Rugby World Cup - October 2003 |

With the Rugby World Cup kicking off on 10 October 2003, ArkSports has analysed the potential revenue from rugby union offerings on interactive television (iTV). ArkSports forecasts that by the end of 2005, revenue from rugby union on iTV will be worth $13.9m globally, rising to $27.9m by the end of 2008. This compares to revenue worth $818,578m by the end of 2002.
