> The first ever Super Bowl in 1967 saw the Green Bay Packers defeat the Kansas City Chiefs 35-10.

> The Dallas Cowboys have made a record eight appearances in the Super Bowl from 1971 to 1996.
> The longest touchdown play in Super Bowl history is 99 yards by Green Bay's Desmond Howard in 1997.

NBA: New York Knicks and Phoenix Suns
> The New York Knicks have won two NBA Championship titles (1970 and 1973).
> The Knicks are the only team to have made the NBA Finals as an eighth seeded play-off team.
> The Phoenix Suns entered the NBA in 1968/1969. They made the NBA finals twice and lost in both (1976 and 1993).
> Phoenix have finished with the best regular season won-lost record in the league only once (62-20 in 1992/1993).

Rubgy Union: Six Nations
> The Six Nations competition has been contested by this many nations ever since 2000. Italy were the last to join.
