World Rally Championship
> The 2005 World Rally Championship began in Monaco in January and ends in Australia in November.
> The World Rally Championship began in 1979 and 16 drivers have become World Champion in its 26 year history.
> Frenchman Sebastien Loeb is the current champion and also leads the 2005 Championship after seven of the 16 events.
> Two Finnish drivers, Juha Kankkunen and Tommi Makinen, have each won the World Championship a record four times.
> Finnish drivers have won 13 of the 26 World Championships. No other nation has won more than twice.

> 36-year-old Pierluigi Casiraghi played 342 league matches for Monza, Juventus, Lazio and Chelsea between 1985 and 1998.
> Casiraghi scored 28 league goals for Monza, 20 for Juventus, 41 for Lazio and one for Chelsea.
> He made his debut for Italy on 13 Feb 1991 against Belgium, eventually winning 44 caps and scoring 13 goals.
> Casiraghi suffered a career ending knee injury in November 1998 and was forced to retire after 10 operations.
> Casiraghi won two UEFA Cups with Juventus and the Coppa Italia with Juventus and Lazio.

Leeds United
> Leeds United has just completed its worst season since 1986, finishing 14th in the 2004-05 Championship.
> The club has won three league championships, one FA Cup and two Fairs Cup tournaments in its history.
> Leeds United is one of only five English clubs to reach the final of the Champions Cup/Champions League.
> The 2-0 defeat by Bayern Munich in the 1975 final means that Leeds United is the only one of the quintet not to win the trophy.
> Leeds United is the only former Champions League semi-finalist not currently playing in its nation’s top flight.
