Daniel Gidney, joined the Ricoh Arena as chief executive in October 2006. Daniel has led the business post mobilisation, enjoying significant growth taking it from a multi million ebitda loss to just under £3 million ebitda.
Prioritising the customer journey and developing multiple revenue streams from varying markets has been the focus. Leading on innovation and technology, highlighted by becoming the first UK cashless stadia in August 2008.
Ed Elworthy
Ed started his career at advertising agencies in London, working for BBH and Fallon on numerous clients across various sectors.
After taking some time off to travel he ended up in Melbourne where he worked with Australia's largest agency as a planner and then Group Account Director.
John O'Connor
John O'Connor, Head of Marketing at BetFred is the former Business Development Director for Servecast. John has extensive experience in and knowledge of the sports industry.
Kevin Roberts
Kevin Roberts is the Editorial Director of SportBusiness International which he helped launch in 1996. Since then he has overseen the development of the monthly magazine as well as Sportbusiness.com, the world's leading on-line source of information about thebusiness of sport, and a specialist customer publishing service.
Kieron Kilbride
Kieron Kilbride is General Manager at FL Interactive (FLi), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Football League.
FLi manages digital rights for 79 professional football clubs, including official websites and mobile services. The business was formerly a joint venture between the League and Premium TV.
Max Adams
Max Adams is 13 years old and currently attends Trent College where he is captain of the Under 13s rugby and hockey A teams and keeps wicket and bats at three for the cricket A team.
He also plays county level rugby in conjunction with the Leicester Tigers feeder academy.
Outside of school Max has represented Derby School Boys at football but has had to give this up for his rugby commitments.
Max is a very keen Arsenal fan and never switches off Sky Sports News unless it is to watch a live game.

Paul Barber
Paul Barber joined the Board of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club in May 2005. He is currently responsible for the Club’s business activities including broadcasting, new media and sponsorship areas.
Previously, Paul was Director of Marketing at The Football Association, where he led teams managing the organisation’s commercial affairs, marketing and communications for the England football team and The FA Cup.
Paul Jennings
Paul graduated from Liverpool University with a BEd (Hons) and following a number of years in teaching, decided to move into corporate IT.
He studied “Business Systems Analysis & Design” at City University London, graduating with an MSc and then joined JBA, an ERP software company, eventually becoming Applications Services Manager for the Corporate Division – implementing systems across Europe and managing key clients in the distribution, drinks and retail sectors.
Rachael Church-Sanders
Rachael Church-Sanders is an independent sports consultant and journalist, operating under her Devon-based ZagZig Media banner in the areas of technology and major events.
Her current clients include Major Events International, where she is Editorial Director, as well as several leading international sports federations, bookmakers and media companies.
Randal McLister
Randal founded Scotcomms in 1993 and is its MD. The company specialises in the design of transaction and membership solutions. His company is the recipient of several industry awards and he is regarded by his peers an expert on transaction systems design.
Rory Squires
Rory Squires is the Managing Editor of The Sport Briefing, an online and magazine news service for the global sports industry, which launched in July 2008.
Rory previously had editorial responsibility for the Sports Media, Football Insider, Sport Cities & Venues, Sports Betting Update and Soccerex Business News publications.
Steve Byrd
Steve Byrd has been with STATS since 1997. He originally served as Vice President of Marketing for the company then became Vice President of the STATS Fantasy Sports Business Unit. Byrd’s responsibilities include sales, marketing, business development and product development.
Tim Boden
Tim Boden has worked in the IT industry for over 25 years in a mixture of technical, managerial, marketing and consultancy roles.
He is currently BT Global Services' Client Director for London 2012 and has worked for over 2 years with LOCOG in specifying and designing communications services for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympics Games.
